The Find Balance Printing shop is no longer a one woman operation. A small army of 3 amazing ladies keep the apparel moving, the designs flowing, and the website humming day in and day out.

Jack of all trades (except social media & marketing – hence why she has Shawna). Crystal can be found either in the shop or in the woods knee deep in mud on Duke (her atv).

Social media & marketing guru Shawna is best known for telling Crystal she needs more content to post. She is mom to 3 kids, has a doodle named Disney and lives in Victoria, BC.
Alysa Martin

Very at home in the shop Alysa is our helper in a variety of areas. Whether it be folding or sorting, pressing or printing she is learning the ins and out of the business while she uses her artistic side to create her own designs and brand. Her favourite past time is also getting muddy in the woods riding ATV’s (particularly Rhino).
